Miyagi Prefecture Growing up in Ishinomaki, surrounded by the sea and nature since childhood, he began his career in cooking after meeting a chef.
After learning the basics of French cuisine at Tokyo Bay Court Club and Grand XIV Nasu Shirakawa, he built a career as a chef, and later earned one Michelin star at the wine bar where he worked as manager, continuing to serve dishes with skill and commitment.
